Making A Reservation

4-Night Rental required from June 15 - August 15

7-Night Rental required the week of July 4th

3-Night Rental required all other dates

To begin making a reservation, click on the "Quote Request" button on the Home Page.  Complete all required information then click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the page.  You will receive a quote via email.  You can also call our office at 800-472-2973 to receive a quote over the phone. 

 

Your quote will consist of the following forms:

    Contract

    Cancellation Policy

    Insurance Binder

    Credit Card Down Payment Authorizaiton

 

In order to reserve a specific vehicle you must complete and submit the Credit Card Down Payment Authorization form.  Your credit card will be charged a $500.00 down payment to reserve a motor home or a $250 down payment to reserve a travel trailer. 

 

Have your insurance company fill out the insurance request and fax it to us. If your insurance company can’t write a binder you can purchase insurance from MBA for $20.00 per day for Class A (Series 2) motor home rentals; $15 per day for Class C (Series 1) motor home rentals; $10 per day for travel trailer rentals; plus a $10 processing fee. Login to www.mbachoice.com and follow the prompts.  Our dealer number is 301275 for motor homes and 421027 for travel trailers.  The Choice Series for Class A motor homes is Series 2, Class C motor homes are Series 1, and travel trailers are Series A. 

 

PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND THE INSURANCE AND OTHER  REQUIRED FORMS MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

 

Picking Up the Vehicle

Call one day prior to departure to confirm pickup time.  Pick up times are between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on day of departure.  Plan at least one hour for checkout time so we can orientate you with the motor home.

Returning the Vehicle

Vehicles must be returned between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.  If the vehicle is returned on time and undamaged with the propane and gas tanks full, the holding tanks emptied, and the unit cleaned inside and out, the refundable security deposit will be returned within 14 days. We will do a quick inspection and you can be on your way.  While sanitation is done we will complete a thorough inspection of the motor home or travel trailer.  Any additional cleaning or damage found will be your responsibility and will be charged against your damage deposit prior to refund.
