Comments : My family recently took a 3 week vacation out west in a 28 ft. Sunseeker. We planned to visit the Black Hills, Yellowstone and Glacier National parks. I spent months in advance planning the trip and sending e-mail back and forth to Steve and Becky. They were always prompt at responding and vey helpful. We flew from New york to Bismarck, Steve picked us up at the airport and he and Becky were very personable and helped us get organized and even kept our big pieces of luggage that we didn't need to take with us with them while we were gone. Then trouble struck! We were less then 30 miles down the road and we got a flat tire. At first it wasn't clear just what was wrong as the RV just began a funny shaking. I got out and looked at the tires and superficially they looked O.K. I got on the cell phone and called Steve on the 800 # and we were promptly directed to the nearest little town and given a specific Garage to go to.When we got there, the garage had already been called, they couln't help but arrangements were made elsewhere to help us. Within less then about 2 hrs. we were back on the road with ongoing arrangements being made to get us better tires at the next "big city" we would be at. That was Custer S.D. From then it was clear sailing. A minor change in our itinerary, which actually worked out, to get the new Tire and the rest of the trip was flawless. When we returned the RV, after we cleaned it out and cleaned it, they came to our Hotel to pick it up, brought our luggage, quickly went over the paper work and offered to help transport us to the Airport. It was a very memorable experience for my children and I would come back again.
