Recreational Vehicle Rentals of ND, Inc. Policies
- Renter agrees to maintain automobile insurance during the term of the rental agreement, which provides the owner, the renter, and any other person that uses or operates the rental vehicle with primary coverage. Renter is responsible for the motor home and damage to the motor home, which includes loss of use. Proof of said coverage must be supplied prior to the actual rental.
- Should the renter be unable to supply primary insurance coverage the agent can provide alternatives that assure the rental unit is properly covered.
- For your convenience a complete motor home orientation tour is provided to acquaint you with its operation. Generally, the motor home is equipped with: dining/sleeping accommodations, cabinets, closets, stored fresh water, kitchen, bathroom, sinks, shower, flush toilets, water and waste holding tanks, refrigerator, furnace, air conditioner, power steering, automatic transmission, AM/FM stereo, tape player, reclining seats, high intensity reading lights, and freezer. Some units have auxiliary generator, microwave oven, VCR, cruise control, television, wet bar, etc.
- To keep our units in the best condition, smoking is not allowed in any of the motor homes. Evidence of smoking in the motor home will result in a $500.00 dollar fine.
- Check out and Check in times must be pre-arranged. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. NOTE: A $75 fee is assessed on Saturday, Sundays and holidays.
- Kitchen, linen kits and other amenities are available.
- Valid drivers license is required - DRIVER MUST BE MINIMUM AGE OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
- Advance reservations require a $500.00 deposit for confirmation. Deposits are refunded after the return of the vehicle, generally within 14 business days. Rentals for commercial use may require a larger deposit dependent on purpose. Full payment is due at least 30 days before departure.
- Reservations made within 30 days require full payment immediately.
- Charges that may be deducted from the deposit are damages, loss of equipment, refueling, over mileage, extra days, and cleaning and washing the outside of your unit. To avoid additional charges, return the motor home in the same condition as received.
- Fuel and propane tanks are full at departure and it is strongly suggested that the tanks be full upon return. Any amount of refueling needed will be deducted from your refundable deposit. We offer a propane filling option at a rate of $5 a day.
- Holding tanks are empty at departure and it is strongly suggested that the tanks be empty upon return. The valves should be open to indicate that the tanks are empty. A $50.00 service fee will be assessed if the technician must empty the holding tanks.
- The refrigerator is turned on and is cool at departure and it is strongly suggested that it be returned in that condition. Should the refrigerator be off and warm upon return the renter is responsible for any reasonable charges should repairs be necessary.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to departure are subject to a $500 processing fee.
