How to make a reservation:

 

  1. Print out the reservation request form or call and we will mail or fax you one. Please do not include you ss# or credit card # if you are e-mailing. We will need the $500.00 refundable deposit to reserve the motor home.
  2. You will receive a contract, cancellation policy, and Insurance request form.  Have your insurance company fill out the insurance request and fax to us. If your insurance company can’t write a binder you can purchase motor home insurance from MBA for $15.00 to $20.00 per day. You need to buy it off the Internet at www.mbachoice.com. (Our dealer number is 9670).  WE WILL NEED THE PAPER WORK 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO RENTAL AND PAYMENT IN FULL 2 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL. 
  3. When you send the signed contract back, we will need an approximate pickup time.
  4. Call just prior to departure to confirm pickup time.
  5. Plan on 30 to 45 min. for checkout time so we can orientate you with the motor home

 

Drop off

 

When you return, if the propane and gas tanks are full, the holding tanks emptied, the unit cleaned inside and out, and undamaged, the refundable deposit is returned within 14 days. We will do a quick inspection and you can be on your way.  While sanitation is done we will complete a thorough inspection of the motor home.
